Go Local – Fixing My Invisible Car

Cary, NC – Having an invisible car is both a privilege and a burden.  Mostly a burden.  O.K., it’s down right scary!  When I purchased my large gray-green Honda minivan in 2002, I had no idea that, like Harry Potter, it had a cloak of invisibility.  So to my surprise, when driving home from the gym one morning, this guy stopped at a stop sign pulled right out in front of my big van that was moving 40 miles an hour and collided into my front end.  That was just the beginning.

It has taken me years of learning defensive driving techniques to live comfortably with my invisible car.  Those who don’t “believe” just need to take a ride with me.  I am dodging cars left and right that cut me off, pull out in front of me and hit my car when it’s parked.  None of which is ever my fault.

After my first accident, I went to a collision center that was recommended by my insurance company.  My car has never been the same.  After my second fender-bender, when a girl late for work rammed into the backside of my car totaling my bumper and my sliding door, I found True2Form.  Not only did they do a great job fixing up my “Magic Bus” from this blow, they fixed a few other things that the previous collision center missed.

Since then, I have been back multiple times.  There was a kiss with my neighbors car, a side swipe in a parking lot, and a showdown with my garage door (that one was my fault).  Each time True2Form fixed us up.  I’ve priced out other collision centers and have found that True2Form (201 Maynard Crossing) gives me the fairest price and excellent customer service.

True2Form has other locations around the country and is not just a local shop.  But when you get this type of customer service from a shop that takes care of your most used and valuable possession, it’s important to go to the right place.  Manager Bryanna Hartsog and Regional VP Jay Jackson will tell you that they are there to service their customers with quality repairs and customer satisfaction.  Heather Clark, the Customer Service Manager and I are now buddies.  I think she keeps a little of my car’s paint available just for me!

When you have a car with super powers, you need to take care of it.  Now if I could only figure out how to use my powers to get free parking at the RBC Center.
